The next morning
Wednesday Feb 20 I went to the hospital before work to check on the new family... everyone was feeling good... Julie had still been up most of the night, but was feeling alright after the long day before.
Little Cali has blonde hair and blue eyes! Still looking very much like her daddy.
Auntie Holly and Cali... she is so little!
Auntie Holly & Auntie Katie.... two very happy Aunts... after a long day of sitting and waiting outside the delivery room, we are both very glad to see everything went so well!

Cali Lynn Lehner's Arrival
February 19 at 10:45am I get a call at work from Katie that Julie is in labor and they are heading to the hospital... I drove 130 km/h all the way to get there in time, unfortunately, Julie was having 'back labor' and it was to be a long and painful day. I won't get into the details as its all a happy ending!
Julie and Greg waiting for things to happen (in between contractions)
The midwife explaining what is happening... lots to explain!
Welcome little Cali Lynn Lehner! She was born at 9:07pm and weighs 7lbs 12oz
Getting checked out... She sure looks like Greg! (but she has Julie's cheeks and feet!! wait till you see the monkey toes!)
Getting weighed in at 7lbs and almost 12 ounces! Little bit of a cone head from the delivery but that has since gone away! Amazing how quickly that happens!

Happy 2008... what's with all the snow?
I haven't put up pictures in a while! Feels like it should be Christmas time all over with all the snow... not normal for BC.... check out the back yard!

Tag loves the snow, I don't know how his feet don't get cold... he can't get enough!
Yes... its still the same ball... he hasn't eaten it yet!
I did Julie & Greg's pregnacy pictures... Julie didn't want to show anyone, but now that they have shown up on her blog, I guess this is safe!! Only a few more weeks until the due date...

I started a 3rd new job since leaving the Police Dept... Its a Granite & Tile place... the owners have quickly figured out my photographic talent and are sending me out to do photoshoots of their work (I am actually getting paid my hourly rate for it too!)

Count Down to Christmas....
Bryan and I had our very first Open House for Christmas this past friday night! It was alot of fun and I can't believe how many people showed up! Thanks to everyone who came, it was a great time... maybe we will do it again next year!
I did some baking for the party... my first batch wasn't that great... who knew that 1/4 cup of ginger would be too much??!
Wrapping presents... this has been an endless task...
Nap time!
A visit with Nana... Mom brought her Christmas Cards from the family!
